Who's going to be watching the Super Bowl this year? Who do you think will win? Post your Super Bowl thoughts here!

Also, if you're not in #superbowl, you should be!

Since the superbowl is over, which commercials did you like that was aired during the games?

I always find it funny that, after the game is played, nobody talks about the game anymore but always the commercials =P

I don't remember which product it was, which is funny because I probably should... but I remember some part at the very end of a commercial where some guy says to two girls in broken English:

"I am meat. We make sandwich."

That was enough to hold be over all game.

I must grudgingly admit that I liked the baby E-Trade commercial.

"I just bought stock. You just watched me buy stock."

I didn't see a lot of commercials, though. Wasn't really paying attention and it seemed like there weren't a lot of really interesting ones. :P

The Super Bowl was on Feb 3rd. Thanksgiving is around the middle of the football season.

Not a stupid question for someone who is not American. ;-) As Butta said, Thanksgiving is in the middle of the season. Every year, they schedule football games on Thanksgiving because it has been tradition since the 1920's. Thus, football is always associated with Thanksgiving. It's usually the second biggest game of the year for football. :o

OK, thanks :) Actually that explains why the superbowl episode of the simpsons didn't have a thanksgiving reference in it, was wondering about that one, hehe

That's right. I'm reviving a thread from 2008 about the New York Giants and the New England Patriots in the Super Bowl.

Also, Patriots.
